Objects
Our lives are filled with small objects. Some we work with, some we toss, some we find and keep. These objects are not important on any meaningful scale, but in one way or another they are valuable to us.

The little things I’ve found and collected through my life are recollected here like a sketchbook journal. A shell from and island beach, a little purse from a fifth-grade friend, thimbles from generations of sewers; bits and pieces of a life. Every visit to a small treasure recalls a time and place that brought it to me. What we keep is who we are.

Each object is pastel, graphite and colored pencil on a 5”x 5”X 2” clayboard panel
